When we came to look at the apartment we talked with Arlene, who is not there anymore, who we liked. If we called her about something, it got fixed. I have read the other reviews and they are absolutley right, the carpet was definetly NOT new. We also had furniture marks on ours. We have never had any neighbor renew there lease so with all the units around us, we have new neighbors every couple of months. We had issues with our neighbor leaving there dog out ALL day, EVERY day pass midnight on several occasions and after complaining about it, nothing was done about it. Our neighbor works for SEAGATE so that is just ridiculous. We also have had to make SEVERAL calls regarding things needing to be fixed, but to no avail. And the management is AWFUL! ROBIN is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She's even mean to my children. One time she told us to "pay your rent or get out, I don't care, either way, I have had a long day." Real professional. They have even tried raising our rent in a declining economy with tons of open units. How much sense does it make to raise rents on the units that are actually rented. They should be thankful that someone actually DOES want to live here and give us our current rate. It's too bad too because we actually like the area and it's always such a pain to move. But it's even more painful to stay somewhere you don't feel welcome.

I totally agree. We couldn't wait to move out of Seagate. Robin is the rudest person I have ever had to do business with.
