it doesn't get any worse than this folks. i agree with author of 'ghetto life'. some professionals but many scary scuzy scumy looking low life with big dogs not permitted under rules-but, they are in here. this was once tenament housing and if management cared a wit when it was renovated there would be better soundproofing. poor management not tough enough on noise. if you are here;you made a mistake. if you are not; stay away. i am moving in 10 days and will celebrate.
