Villas at Carlsbad looks like a nice place to live, but it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had renting. Cigarette smoke entering my apartment on a daily basis. Noise from music, fighting neighbors, kids, and the birds are another story and there is NO parking for visitors!! Management only seemed interested in renting the space and the lack of communication was very unproffesional. I do not recommend renting at the Villas at Carlsbad. I am glad I am out of there!
