This place charges extra 4 water/trash & sewer!!! Not at all like ads, not close to beach,

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
No Community attitude-----35 year old poorly remodeled units,lots of roof leaks,etc. Water and Serious mold problem in many units, covered up and passed off onto tenants in 17pg lease.Poorly maintained exterior, lights always out, No flexibility in leases. ZERO Parking with $200.Street Cleaning tickets bi-monthly. O Inconsistent rental rates, $75.00 late fee, Loud, noisy lots of babies,marines and pets.
Careless pet owners, nowhere for kids to play.Office staff poor at follow-up. Tenant Business Center no longer works and when it did Never ink or paper in printer. Many angry tenants,some sued. Big Mistake! Glad I'm GONE!!!@#$!@#@#!
