We had no stop problems from the day we moved in and afer moving out of that mold infested apartment 35 days ago...still havent seen our deposit..which we were told we would have back fully!! Mold and sewage problems are enormous. We had mold growing all over our clothes in the closet. This is the most UNHEALTHY place I have seen in my life. Mold was coming up through our bathroom floor...the apartment ignored it all!!! Please dont move here..you will be sick..very unsafe for elderly or children due to the mold and sewage problems!!!!

This is totally an exaggeration. I have lived here for a long time and have had nothing but good experiences here.

I have to dissagree this place is horrible, Mold is everywhere, along with roaches, ants, and dirty. It seems that everytime you call to have them fix something that is leaking or fludded there is a new person or a new management company all together and the problem just prolongs. You have people drinking and blasting the car radio in the parking lot, beer cans are tosed over the balconies down to the patio areas of the first level tenents. You have little kids running nude all over the parking lot yet, you call the management to complain and all they can say is there is nothing that they can do.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. Since I am in the military I move around alot and stay at many different apartments and houses and so far this is that 10% of places you dont want to stay at. Its overpriced, management arent very courteous to say the least, wild animals running wild though parking lots and living on or in the ceiling of apartments..(not very safe for small children), pool is very dirty and so is the spa...(actually had a fellow resident who cleaned pools for a living dump his own chemicals to clean pool out so his kids could swim), I put my notice to quit in on the 1st of July but they are saying I have to pay Augusts rent but my attorney is working that issue. The gates are always broke or the clickers arent working, abandoned vehicles taking up parking. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE LOOKING FOR HOUSING IN DECENT AREAS OF NORTH COUNTY. MILITARY STAY AWAY AS WELL, YOU CAN FIND MUCH CHEAPER APARTMENTS IN THE SAME AREA AND THE SAME SIZE SO SAVE YOUR BAH AND RESEARCH YOUR APARTMENTS
