Decent place to live

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
My husband is in the military and was recently transferred back to North Carolina. We lived at Cascade Calls for two years. I loved the area. There was trees for shade and barely any traffic noise. However the prior management was a nightmare. The pools were never cleaned. Parking was also bad. Residents were towing other residents without notice. If there was a problem in my apartment it would take a week for someone to even look at the problem. When they got the new management it was a dream come true. The new staff was very knowlegable and answered all of our questions. maintenance took care of apartment issues within days, sometimes even that day. Pools got cleaned and the hot tubs were actually hot. There was assigned parking when we left. The whole community was turned around. That was my husband and I's first time living on the west coast, if he ever gets transferred back to Camp Pendleton I would look for vacancies at Cascade Falls.
