Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
We signed a one year lease and cant wait to get out of here. Parking is a nightmare and it is very noisy. There is mold everywhere and absolutely no insulation, we can hear the guy upstairs going to the bathroom! Rent is way too expensive for what you get. Look elsewhere!
