Just as another reviewer stated, this place is NOISY! It seems as though they cater to young college aged adults, for music is constantly playing at all hours...either from an adjoining apt., or from cars blasting music with the windows down, going in and out of the complex. If you enjoy hearing endless bass tones that vibrate your apt, then this is the place for you. Also, I find many people that live here are very inconsiderate of their neighbors, as they will talk very loud to one another leaving and entering their apts, even in the middle of the night when most folks are trying to get some sleep. In my opinion, they really need to rent to more mature adults, for I feel like I'm living in a frat house, and I am very unhappy.

have you heard of california state fair housing? they have to rent to anyone that qualifies. I have great neighbors and never hear a thing.
