Within the last month both mine and my boyfriend's cars were broken into on separate occasions in the parkinglot and over $3,000 worth of stuff was stolen. The "security" is nice but ineffective and actually told us that there have been a lot of car break ins in the community lately. The residents are shady as other reviews state. Our lease ends in 2 months and the office is now desperate enough to offer a no rent increase and $500 if you renew the lease because many people are unhappy and terminating such as myself. I cannot wait to get out of here!!! I will say they fix things promptly (but something is always breaking) and I have not noticed a cockroach problem like some other reviews state.

I had a pretty fancy car while parked at the waterstone for the past year and it was full of high end audio equipment and a gps etc, and it was never broken into, sorry to hear about your bad luck, but luckily mine didn't get broken into.
