I've lived here about 6 months and have had a good experience. The office staff is friendly and any problems I've had they've fixed promptly. Landscape people are out early but the grounds look nice. I've seen my neighbors but never heard them. The plumbing is a little loud but it doesn't really bother me.
Everytime I've been to the pool its been clean (someone said they were dirty, but I haven't seen that and actually I live kinda by the pool and I see the pool guy out there so they must be cleaning them during the winter). No bugs.
I was originally going to rent at Rising Glen but they were a little too outdated and they looked kinda ghetto.
As for the parking, it can get crowded, but I have seen a few people getting towed in the past month so hopefully that continues. Overall, I've been happy with the place and it was the cheapest I found in Carlsbad.

Everything you say I disagree. Staff was very rude, noise almost every day of the week after midnight, bad parking, and dog feces all over the place. The Barbeque doesn't work and is all dirty. The pool is super dirty, and the Jacuzzi is probably 95% urine 5 percent chlorine. They have a bunch of Paris Hilton??????s wannabes working there; they are very rude and will never solve your problems or care about your concerns. IS NOT CHEAP! I still live in Carlsbad and I pay 200 less for a more nicer and spacious apartment. People please beware and look for real experiences, life is not perfect, but this people are experts in making your life a nightmare, and will only vacuum your wallets.
