I lived at Waterstone for about 9 months, and I absolutely loved it. I felt so safe there, even while my husband was deployed. The staff was so friendly, and would take care of any problems I had right away. Their pet policy was accommodating for our little jack russell, and I loved walking him around the complex. Parking was awesome because you never had to worry about coming home and finding someone in your spot. And there were always so many spots available that it was never a long walk. I loved living at Waterstone, and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I would recommend for those people who are considering living is this apartment complex to read all the positive reviews that can be found here. Can you see any patterns? Do they seem like a fake human experience? WELL that is because is if fake, the waterstone staff know that the internet reviews take a lot of their future costumers away from their unpleasant and painful living place. Please be smarter than them and stay away from their fraudulent hands.

excuse me? how dare you call my review fake! if you had a bad experience there, fine, you are entitled to have your opinion. but don't you dare label my review as a fake. i truly loved living there, and i am just as entitled to express my honest opinion as you are. i'm sorry you seem to have had a bad experience there, but don't you dare tell me my opinion is fake or invalid.

TRUE!! Man hahaha look at the review "construction 4 stars" everyone who lived there knows the pool is always dirty and the barbeque is falling apart. Noise 4 stars ahaha, every day there was a party of drunken people in the pool. I agree with you men, keep the honesty in the air! don' let them get you.

I believe its fake as well. Noise 4 stars??? I could go to frat row at sdsu pay cheaper for the noise, or better yet at a 24 hour constuction site. Several week nights we have tried to call the so called "on site security" to quiet the parties at 12, 1 and sometimes even 2-3 in the morning, only to get an answering machine. It sucks to work after hearing a party until 3 in morning. You must be one of the people who takes thier dog for a walk who never picks up after them as well. There is so much dog crap around the grounds that it is sometimes unsanitary. I have even witnessed a neighbor let thier dog crap on their own balcony for a couple of months, which is 3 stories up, then before they left washed all of the dog crap off on to the parking lot below. mmm nothing like waking up after 3 hours of sleep the night before because nobody controls the parties, and stepping in a mound of wet dog s--t, walking out to your care thats about a block away, because they let anyone park here. I dont want to here about the parking as well. For 5 straiht weekends we monitored the parking lot here, and on the average there were at least 15 cars a day that didnt have tags. Wow I'm paying all this money for these kids to have their friends park here. The staff friendly? Whatever! They are rude, mission valley wannabe's who parade as if they are Victoria Secret models only to entice the poor marine, or tenant only to scam money here. The maintenance staff never cleans the grounds here. They display these units as a resort but they might as well be the projects. This are an absolute scam so buyer please beware and don't make the same stupid mistake we did.

I really can't believe that you found a parking space so easily. I think you must be related to a member of the staff - or you never leave the place. The place is the pits of the earth and I would never reccommend it (ever). If you liked it so much why did you only stay for 9 months. I tried to get out of my lease early and they told me I would have to pay them to get out. They are cold hearted, stone faced liars so don't be fooled by their smiles. I eventually got out and they charged me up the ying yang. The fact that I am now in a safer, cheaper and quieter complex makes up for all the anxiety I had there

ok, you guys are seriously all idiots. i think the reason you had a bad experience there is because you are a bad tenant. i guess i just lived in an area with nice, clean people, because i never had a problem with my neighbors. and because i actually paid my rent on time and was a good tenant, i never had problems with any of the staff. you complain so much about how rude they are, but probably it's just that you suck at life and blame it on them. and seriously, i know some of the parking lots were small, but the one i used was decent sized and never full. so i'm sorry you had a hard time parking, but i honestly did not. i am not related to anyone on the staff, i had never met them before i came to live there. i'm just a reliable tenant and generally content with life. i'm sorry your life sucks so bad that you have to blame all your ridiculous problems on other people, and assume that anyone with a positive outlook on life must be a liar. honestly people. you make me sick.

gr8tenant- you are right! Everywhere I've lived I've always followed the rules, paid my rent on time and been a good tenant and I've never had any problems. It doesn't matter what you write, if it's ever positive people just accuse you of working for the company!

well the funny thing is I pay my rent on time, follow the rules of the place, don't have loud parties or anything to upset my neighbors and Im very happy with life BUT it doesn't take away that this place SUCKS as well as the people of the leasing department are still RUDE!!
