I went to look at an apt there and was talked into putting money down on an apt. One of the agents that works there named ----- explained to me that the money would be refunded if I decided not to take the apt. I called to tell ----- I was not interested in moving in and she was out of the office, so I left a message for her to call me back and never heard from her. Waterstone then cashed the check and refused to refund the money because ----- said she "didn't get my message". When I called to speak with ----- about the discrepancy she talked over me the entire time and was extremely unprofessional. ----- all in all coned me into a contract that I wasn't in agreement with.

if it was so imortant to you to get your money back you should have went in to the office to talk to someone. Also, you only have 72 hours to decide if you want it or not. ----- is awesome. It was a lack of effort on your part to get your money back

We agree. Do not get suckered in because you will regret it. Crack heads and drunks and no where to park. It is by far the worse place we have ever lived in.

kendralou7 again????? wow you do work in the front office - all your responses sounds like a management answers... even if she went to the office to talk to the people there -she will only will got "fake smiles" and "sorry is nothing we can do about it" what is new!!! worthless people!! i can't believe when there are so many intelligent people with no jobs these uncaring -liers people have a job -oh but wait I know why?? because waterstone sucks so they need worthless people with no intelligence at all to run a dump...

Lol yeah I'm pretty sure she does work in the office. It's pathetic. Anyways most of these reveiws are horrible, so people who read these will most listen to those!
