Obviously you are a staff member of this property. Either that or you're very comfortable living in a dumpster! Wait until the mold starts growing through the paint and walls. Until you can no longer use your closets because your clothes become moldy. Wait until your alcoholic, druggie neighbors begin throwing nightly parties until 4am. Wait until your car is broken into, or towed by the property management for no good reason. Wait until the rats start crawling around your patio or in your walls. Wait until you go for a swim in the pool and get an infection or rash because they are never cleaned. Wait until winter and you try to use those useless wall heaters that won't even toast a piece of bread let along heat an apartment. Wait until you bring up any of these issues to the Management Office and are told "There's nothing we can do" or "This is the first time we've heard of these complaints". Wait until you move out and realize you'll never see your security deposit refunded. Wait until you are 1 second late on rent and get hit with huge late fees. Wait until you finally give up on this crack house complex and shop around only to find that you can get much larger, nicer places, managed by friendly, caring people for the same if not LESS money than you're paying to live at that dump... JUST WAIT!!

Perfect response. Also wait until one of those party people knoc on your door until 5 in the morning. And wait until you call the number of the so-called security only for it to be a wrong number or number that is blocking calls. and wait until you call the office repeatadely asking what the number to security is, only to get a different number every time or told that security doesnt work after 8p.m.! wtf! what good is security after 8? what is that fat ass male that works in the front office(wont mention his name)going to protect everyone? the staff lies lies lies! and wait tell they tell you when you are getting the apartment that they have reserved parking, hand you a pass, then when there is no parking due to visitors of the partys parking there, they say you have to pay for reserve parking! what good are the passes?

This woman/man must be blind. How can it be greta when they do not maintain the property at all????? Wooden fence is falling, since we came to the day we left...When it were wildfires all the ashes were on the halls....no one ever clean it...That so called "lush landscaping" no one maintains or water...It is so unkept!!! So noisy! And lots of military as they have discounted living there. In the office people lie whenever they open their mouths. PLEASE PEOPLE READ LEASE CAREFULLY!!!! They put additional 500 dollars on lease for us to pay (double deposit)..I was shocked and started arguing with the. THen they said 'O sorry, ok, you do not have to pay additioanl 500" PLEASE TAKE CARE PEOPLE!!!!!

Most people hate it here, I'm surprised you actually like it...You must have lived in bad places alot and gotten used to it.

Calm down. I'm not the one who ruined your life. That's too bad you had a bad experience. That happens sometimes in life... I haven't lived in bad places (well maybe one) and I don't work in the office. I actually just had a good experience. I get it if you want to rip on the management if they really did you wrong but guess what, there are ligitimate people with positive things to say sometimes who aren't as miserable as you... Tell us your sad story and report your facts and then, I don't know, GET ON WITH YOUR LIFE! My advice to the rest of you: this place is not a resort but I like it.
