I wish I had someone to talk to about apartments before I moved out here. And I wish I would have read the ratings! It was sort of a rushed thing. Waterstone apartments is a horrible place to move. Everything in the apartment is breaking, the paint is chipping and people are in the pool till all sorts of hours being very loud and partying. The Laundry room is pretty bad also...it's across the street and it has a sign saying it may cause cancer or if your pregnant cause your baby to be disabled. So I won't go in there while pregnant. Also The people who work here are very rude, they lie alot and they go behind your back. I can not wait till my lease is up and we can move. There are alot of better places you can move...don't come here you will end up regreting it! The first couple months I thought it was a great place...but when everything starts falling apart and the people who work here started acting up...I changed my mind quickly. So yes what I will say is...DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!

If you put all the negative responses together and multiplied them by 100 it would still be a minus score as far as I am concerned. It really is not a good place to live so you should check with current residents (randomly) for there oppinion.

Just so you know those signs are part of Prop 65 for the state of California, we have them where I work too. By law you have to post that even if you only use household chemicals near or around the building. Seems weird but if you look around those signs are everywhere...
