I think that this community is 1 of the best i've lived in. Leasing office staff very helpful. When called apon for maintenence work it gets done the next day. Tenants are nice , grounds kept clean, I would recommend someone to move in .

Obviously this is an employee. None of the positive reviews of this place are real. Nobody int their right mind would ever like living in this crack house complex, managed by liars, cheaters and theives!

clean grounds?? are we talking about the same complex?? grounds are duty, full of cigarretes butts, beer cans, tree branches (big ones) dog waste (with this heat STINKS) I lived here for 7 months and my every day view from my every day walk is the biggest ashtray i ever seen.... people who just toss their cigarettes butts to the ground and haven't been clean since 7 months ago.. disgusting... can't wait for my lease to be over -

I too am a sad individual. I'm sad that I was so stupid in signing a lease with this hellhole. This definately has to be a person who works here. around our building there are beer cans, cigarette butts, the remainder of an old fence that was repaired back in February, dog crap. on the front walkway for the apartments there is dog crap and pee. garbages stink. If you have a friend have them come over and park here, everyone else does. They tell you here is a vehicle tag so you can park here, but it doesn't mean anything. Even if you pay for the parking(50 a month) it doesnt matter because anyone parks there anyways. The staff is rude.
