We've been here almost a year and I can't wait to get out of this place. It's so freaking noisy and so many trashy people live here with their loud crappy cars and people who love the sound of their own car alarms. We specifically said when we moved in here that we wanted a QUIET place. Never has been quiet here. Even if you call security they take forever to get here and tell you they have to go to other places before they get to you. We've ended up just giving up on expecting it to be quiet. Also, if you end up going month to month they want to charge you $150 extra per month. Avoid living here unless you are white trash or from the barrio.

We agree 100%. We are looking forward to the day the lease ends. as soon as it does we are gone. we were told that it would be quiet and found out the first night here that it was a lie. The extra $150 to stay m-m is rediculous for what you get. you can get mush better for cheaper and with assigned parking included. pets bark all night, poop is all over the grounds and i saw a rat run under a car when i was putting my trash in the container. come and see for yourself a few times first. it is easy to get in and dont worry if you cant find a space in visitors parking. visisors park in our spaces all the time. it is very unusual if we get one ourselves most nights. don't be drawn in by the staff and there lies.

Totally agree with you guys! Have you seen this "resort" advertising in Craiglist?? (Im looking for a place to rent soon) they are desperate to get anybody to rent..There is one saying " Puppy friendly" of course is puppy friendly- the dogs can bark all night and poop anywhere they want without the owners picking up the waste or management taking control of the situation because as I was told "Is not their responsability" is the pet owners- yes I agree but if the owner don't care and you don't know which tennant is letting their dog make a mess -it should be the managment responsability to clean the grounds -NASTY PLACE - 3 more months for me and I'm out - hate this place, hate the management people - do not rent here you will regret it-

Yes noise noisy noisy noisy - last weekend i ask one of my neighborhs (it was tuesday 2 in the morning) to please lower her voice as i was trying to go the sleep (She was in the balcony DRUNK -same floor as mine) and her answer was "so you want me to turn up my music", my downstair neighbors talk everyday until 12 am -i complain but i was told "we can't tell you what measure we will take" duh!! what is this a top secret place?!! and then after that they told me "well is not much we can't do until we get 3 complains about the same people" can't stand this place anymore!!
