Depends on Who You're Living By - CONS: Dog friendly means dog droppings everywhere. One neighbor has a small yard and it's just all dog crap you have to smell until it's cleaned. This is a nice community with people who acually say hi back . I think that this community is 1 of the best i've lived in. Leasing office staff very helpful. When called apon for maintenence work it gets done the next day. Tenants are nice , grounds kept clean, I would recommend someone

The Cheat you with the deposit In the end they cheat you badly. Not only did i not get my deposit of $500 but in addition they asked me to pay $155. When I met them... they had all excuses saying they have to Paint and the house was perfectly clean.

Thank you TPPM Lived in one unit for 14 years (1994-2008). Office staff always courteous; maintenance always professional and timely. Summer quite active at pool with kids. Kudos for resident privacy.
