I don't normally rant on these things and if you search my other reviews Villas at Carlsbad 50% Recommended May 01 2008: One of the first greetings you get upon arriving home after a hard days work is a big banner saying, "We love our residents!" followed by the meanest, grumpy, angry groundskeeper I have ever had to deal with. Beautifull Complex and Very Friendly Social Atmotshpere. Can be loud at times due to weekend downtown beach life shared by many tenants, and the Waterstone (formerly Cascade Falls) 42% Recommended Apr 25 2008: I have recently moved from Texas and besides that my apartment is a little small everything else is great. I'm a fan of the location and the grounds, I always see the maitenance guys cleaning every morning. I went to Santa Fe Ranch Apartments 29% Recommended Apr 18 2008: The apartments are very small, dark and dingy!! The upkeep on the place is horrible. Appliances are old and trying to have maintenence repair them is a joke. They try to bandage everything instead of fixing the problem. Sinks smell |
