Sutter Garden aka Sutter Gutter..not as bad as it used to be - I moved in here in June of 2004 & at that time I can say yes these apts sucked full of tweekers and alcoholics. All those people have since moved away and this is actually a fairly good place to live. I have never had problem with any kind of bug except spiders and that has been handled. Great place to live - I have lived here for the past year (and still live here) and I love it. The apartment is spacious and the rent is affordable. Everyone is very friendly. The manager, Jim, is always availble when needed. Repairs are made in a timely fashion.
