Over half the apartments are basically vacant. They shut blinds to hide that fact. The gate has been broken for a year, their are still pot holes in the front driveway that have been there for about 8 months, there are spiders everywhere and they do not know what the word "exterminator" is. The management changes every 3 weeks to 3 months its really a pain in the ass. When you pay your deposit think of it gone, cause they told us that they dont replace anything, and need all the money they can get right now just to fix up the outside, but have you seen the new sign!!! So we have carpet that is probably 30 yrs old, killer stains, a stove from the 70s you know push button style! Need i go on. Just dont move here, i wouldnt recommend it. Oh also, since the gate is broken, their is about 1 a month a criminal getting chased down by police in here. Yeah great for kids.. no! And your license plates, Stereo, etc is not safe.
