I was here when Jean Baker and Laura Hale were here. What a 180 degree flip. Pinnacle is nothing but a cheap ass joke!! If I owned this property, I would unload it while I had a chnce. Its such a run down ghetto dump. You dont know if you are in Moscow or Compton CA. It seems like they are soooooo desperate to fill the tons of vacancies that they will take anyone. Huge turnover. No ammenities. no security. No security lighting. Pitch dark. Cars stolen, broken into, vadalized. Laundry room is filthy, and you will probably get your clothes stolen, its never locked. Thugs and drugs. Stereos (car and apt.) blasting. Fights. Shooting. Trash piled high. Kids allowed to run wild making noise till late with no supervision. Parking sucks. Some apts. with folks that dont work and have several cars, take up the covered spaces, then the cars sit for weeks. If you have to work late hours, you have to park way at the back, then walk all the way to your apt in the pitch dark. Alot of the apts have a couple of people move in then suddenly there are like 20 peple blasting rap. They spent what looks like alot of money on a stupid new sign but the gate has not worked for 2 years and there are pot holes that you cant even drive around anymore! There are tons of cheaper and MUCH nicer places around here. I will not be renewing my lease!!!!!

If you want to live in a place where you can be killed this is the place. Last month one of the residence broke into another and killed him for no reason whatsoever. He thought the other apartment had drugs and he wanted them. But they didn't so he killed them. Great place to die at. Not a good place to live at. tooooo many section 8 thugs.
