Do not move here unless you truly cannot find any other home or room to rent.
There are murders, home invasions, loud rude residents, and worse of all the management staff and property owners themselves are a joke. It took over a month of daily calls for any one to fix my heater in the middle of december. my toilet is cracked, the stove sparks randomly, and did i mention the rude residents. And to break your lease its a $1000.00 on top of the outrageous cleaning fee's they say they have to charge.
O and just for fun, people steal the washing machines from the laundry room, yet the staff refuses to put locks on the doors.
