I'm not sure why the other person said that management doesn't respond to them. I have always been able to get ahold of the manager, and I think they do a good job of keeping this place running well. The current owners have been making a lot of improvements in the place -- like brand new windows, new parking lot and fixing old decks and walkways. If I have something wrong, it's fixed right away. And it's in an awesome location for my kids -- right down the road from Mission North Park which is so fun and you can walk to it. I've been in my share of apartments, and these are pretty good, and in a good neighborhood that's close to bus service and shopping.
