STAY AWAY

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
No onsite manager--decrepit, moldy buildings, prostitutes and drug-dealers living on site--wow, just an utter mess! Too much money for absolutely no service or ambiance. The houses all have sub-code electrical wiring and crappy insulation. The people who live in the complex are all complete idiots.
