Do yourself a favor and run far away from here as fast as you can. The management is shady,deceitful, and shallow and heartless. I recently got out of the hospital and while I was there I could not work of course. Admittedly I owed rent for the month. I spoke with the manager who agreed that I could pay at the end of the month. On my payday I went to pay rent, and of course the next month's rent was due. I again asked if I could pay half at the beginning and half at the end of the month and my request was accepted. The following day I was told I had to pay the entire amount due in full. Now I do understand that I owe. I even understand if they cannot make an exception. I will be happy to see this placed closed down when it deteriorates so bad that is becomes a serious hazard. After this, I'm rooting for the termites!
