I was a few days late paying because I was out of town. When I returned there was an exorbitant fee DEMANDED. I couldn't pay it and ended up giving my notice to move. The property retaliated by starting an eviction. They LIED when filing their claim to expedite the process and the result is that I have 5 days to get out. This place is crawling with termites and snails. The structure has dry rot and looks unsafe, the balcony above my apartment looks like it will fall at any time. The cabinetry is cracked. The interior fan rattles, the central unit outside my window makes constant noise. When the termite exterminator came he RUINED the carpet and mgmt has left it that way. They'll probably try to fine me for that too. Pets poop everywhere and it is left on the grounds. It smells like the place is a sewer or toilet.The appliances are old and in disrepair.

if this place hell on earth than why lived there for 2 years!!!!!!!!!
