Do not move here. They charge $105.00 for cleaning the carpets in the 700 square foot apartment. No matter what and it will come out of your deposit, but they do not tell you that when you are signing the contract. I also had dry rot on my balcony with nails sticking out of the boards that was never fixed. My water heater leaked. My washer over flowed in the apartment and I had to wait all weekend to get help. I even called their emergency number and when I moved out I wasn't given a walk through and now they are trying to stick it to me. DON'T MOVE HERE
