Good place to live From: solidsandy Date posted: 5/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived here since Summer 2005 and besides management changes, and a relatively smooth transition doing that, I really can't complain. I feel as safe as I would in any apartment complex---actually a bit safer. The floor plans are perfect. The neighbors mind their business, are relatively quiet, the grounds are reasonably kept, maintenance answers my issues in a reasonable amount of time and the aprtment I live in is clean with solid fixtures. No bugs at all and I am a real fairy when it comes to bugs. I just wish he prices were lower.
