Warning: Sex Offender and Roof Rats From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2005 2 responses   I have lived at this apartment for 11 years now, lord I can't tell you how this place has gone downhill. I had a roof rat try to eat a hole in my ceiling. The manager said it was a hungry squirrel,(yeah right.) Needless to say, the hole is still there, so any hungry rat can come runing right on in here. A dangerous sex offender lives in the building, it says on the Megans law website that she did lewd things with children. And now there are drain flies coming up out of the drains, they live in the sewer and come up to visit when they get hungry. I swear one of the previous reviews calling this place a "ghetto nightmare!" was right on target. If you love: rats, sex offenders, drug raids and kids screaming outside all hours of the night, then the Continental is your place!
