Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
I'm in apt5. Great place new carpet, new paint, new bathroom floor, bright kitchen, I pay only electric bill. $600 per month, find me better deal. Right now they having promotion 2br for $750 first and last month free, witch is $625 I'm moving in 2br.
Oh yes and great location...
