I lived at Foxworth for 9 months. It was horrible. The laundry room is always a mess. Cars are always being stolen. The police are called out to the property on a weekly basis. Security is never around when you need them. There are always loud parties. The manager Michelle does nothing about this. That is why I finally had to move, to protect myself.

That's interesting... There is NO tenant history for a Julie Butterfield at Foxworth. We have a security team that works EVERY night and they are a phone call away if any tenant needs them. Loud parties- well I roam our complex (in addition to our security team) at late night and I have NEVER seen any wild parties- let alone anyone outside. It is very quiet at Foxworth- at all hours! I welcome ALL complaints! I want my tenants to be happy and comfortable in their home. I ALWAYS address a complaint. Customer service is my number one concern. While I cannot stop those from their freedom of speech- I can relay that I do care about our complex and I work VERY hard at Foxworth to take care of EVERYONE. I believe tenants who have not been in compliance to their leases may be lashing out on this website. Tenants- please see me if you have any complaints or concerns- I will be happy to help you.

As a future resident and future parent, I found Michelle at Foxworth to be the most sincere with her approach to renting units. I have chosen Foxworth as my future home because not only was I offered to see the unit I will be moving into from the previous renter, but I also heard nothing but praise for the management and also the On-site manager Michelle. This single posting of "HATE" is simply just a false entry. Once again I look forward to meeting all the new faces and becoming good friends with everyone around. The nights I stopped into Foxworth the people knew I wasn't supposed to be there yet, however they didn't bother me unless I bothered them. No parties we seen, very few little shin-digs were taking place. I am sure that we will be seeing more of our residences when we have a Foxworth Residence Bar-B-Que here real soon.
