We have lived here for a over three years and this complex has gone down hill. It was sold buy original owner/builder about a year and a half ago. New owners, and manager don't seem to want to be bothered with anything, but rent collection. maintance guy will fix anything you tell him about, nice guy. there is a homeless person that parks here at night in a van but doesn't seem to be a concern to anyone, security gate would keep out the unauthorized use, and keep people safer, but was told gate was to expensive, and not necessary, although I hear a unit was broken into recently in broad daylight, and no one saw anything I guess, so that doesn't really hold true now! Not the same quality tenants as when we first moved in so we are looking for a nice gated secure facility as home ownership is 2 years away. she want's a little more for our rent too, than just a pool, and laundry faciclity, oh there is a treadmill, and bike, also a stair stepper, but with some of the new tenant's she doesn't feel safe out at night anymore, and the homeless person in the van really freaks her out. To bad hate to move for 2 years only to move again, but her safety comes first.
