worst apartment complex I have ever lived in!

i wouldn't have my worst enemy live here! it was a horrible experience. rats all over the place (I have seen 6 at a time in the patio), they run in front of you on the sidewalk (from the ivy), have seen drug stuff lying on the ground, used condoms, theres always garbage on the grounds which remain there for days, breakin's are commonplace (in vehicles), stolen cars are frequent. one night we had 17 car with flat tires...on a single night. multiple managers, sometimes no manager for months at a time (just someone there to collect rent money which is all they care about), mold everywhere inside, leaky roofs that never get fixed, so the rain makes it way inside your apartment, its noisy, cars drive through the parking lots at all hours of the night with loud music sometimes, one car left idleing for 1 hour at 3am. very high turn over (alot moving in and out always). children left unattended, sometimes throwing rocks at cars, windows etc. bottom line, don't move here in this getto place. I am glad I moved (to heaven in comparison!)

Totally agree! This place has not improved since you left! Someone told me they had a total of 10 managers in 3 years!
Filty, rampant drug dealing and use. Loud ghetto noise and parties all hours of the night! No parental supervision. and the RATS everywhere, either that or the frogs everywhere.
