I've lived at Marconi Gardens for several years. The apartments are large and comfortable, the rent is a bit lower than the average for this area, the neighbors are quiet and pleasant, and the management is great. The landscaping is mature and the owner is always working on improvements. The buildings and grounds get nicer every year.
The current manager is Gretchen, she is pleasant and reliable. I read the other review and it sounds like maybe they had some personal issues. Cats are allowed with a deposit. Gretchen is conscientious and keeps an eye on things, especially the elderly residents.
