Nice, but with lofty rent increases From: druffino@pacbell.net Date posted: 8/17/2001 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   Basically, the apartments are spacious and well constructed. Managment is courteous and repairs are done quickly, usually the same day. Rent increases are a problem, usually fifty dollars a year. Rent increases are made with promise of improvements to grounds which are usually not made. Promised parking lot repavement turned out to be a sealing and oiling. Gate promised at front parking lot but never delivered, etc. Ownership taking advantage of shortage of apartment space in area to boost rent. Otherwise, nice place to live around many stores, but on a very busy street.
