I lived at Marconi Gardens East for 6 years due to the low cost of rent. Now that I have moved out, I have not recieved any deposit back or an itemized statement of where my deposit went. Even though this is against the law, Management has still not returned any of my calls or letters. Do not rent these apartments.

I totally agree. Altho I loved the 2 bedroom layout, the management sucked at doing anything. They put it on my credit report I never paid them a last months rent, yet when I moved in they charged me back then first and last plus deposit because I was renting from out of state without looking at it first. They tried to sue me and I countersued and I won, amongst 7 others in court that day they claimed they still owed a last months rent on. Its been a year and I STILL havent got my deposit back, Im posting this to let people know no matter how desperate you are, you really wont know what we're all talking about unless you rent here. They are nice, but management and repair work will NEVER be taken care of. Once they get you to sign the lease, You no longer matter!
