excellent maintenance staff

maintenance staff is excellent-- very polite and capable. work orders are fulfilled within 24 hours.



leasing staff is a little zoned out.



nice groundskeeping & pool. apt interiors are very nice.



a lot of 20-something tenants who can get a little rowdy on weekends. however, apts are very soundproof.



parking is tight.
