A Wonderful Place To Live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004 1 response   My name is Nicole and I absolutely love living at Parkwood Apartments. I was rather shocked after reading a couple of the reviews. Just remember, there is always two sides to every story. I have lived her for four years and I have never had any problems. I was reading one of the reviews which specifies a "mold" problem. I have never had a problem with mold nor have I heard of anybody having a mold problem here. What they refer to as "mold" is probably harmless bathroom mildew caused by condensation. The office staff has always been so nice and considerate whenever I visit the office. My maintenance issues are taken care of within 48 hours. I would most certainly recommend Parkwood Apartments.
