I lived at Parkwood for 4 years and never experianced mold in my apartment. It is called mildew and it usually starts when you don't open your windows and let some fresh air in.But that is something I am sure you do not understand. And the management, they were never anything but nice to me and got done any work that needed to be done in my apartment.I don't know about any other places FPI manages but Parkwood was good to me. It sounds like someone didn't get their way or got evicted and now wants to blame anyone else other then themselves. What a shame!!

How much were you paid to write this review??? You certainly didn't live there! I know what mildew is...it's MOLD!!!!!! And mold makes people sick, especially if they're allergic to it or are exposed to it for a long period of time.
One of my neighbors was hospitalized for a month due to having bleeding lungs caused from the MOLD in her apartment. After she was released she was on oxygen 24/7 and only taken off after she moved to different apartment complex.
No sour grapes here and I wasn't evicted. My apartment also had MOLD and I moved as soon as I heard about her experience.
They changed little girls in the office more often than one changes socks. So which of the dozens of them was good to you? And if so..why?

I live at Somerset in Roseville.They took over last October.They have raied rent 10-30% .Seniors here have seen thier rents go up as much as 30%. Somersett used to be privatly owned and ran until last October.
We are moving OUT!

WE LIVE AT PARKSIDE APARTMENTS IN BRENTWOOD, CA ANOTHER PROPERTY "MANAGED" BY FPI. THEY ARE A BIG JOKE, EVERYTHING THEY TOLD US ABOUT THE APARTMENTS WAS A LIE.... A GYM, A GATE SURROUNDING THE COMPLEX, AND WATER AND GARBAGE PAID FOR... YEAH RIGHT... DUE TO THE LACK OF PROFFESIONALISM, THE GHETTO NEIGHBORHOOD, AND THE ----- IN THE OFFICE WE ARE VACATING.
