when I moved into these apt. they hadn't even cleaned my apartment. The day I went to move in there was wet paint, food all over and mold underneath my sink. Oh yeah and my shower head was falling off. The manager told me to move my furniture around them and offered no apology at all. The staff is a bunch of airheads and it's true the people here are classless.

I agree with this rating 100%. The staff that is now there, bought this place from FPI Management when Lori and Amy were managers here. The staff now, are Rude, AIRHEADS and take forever to get anything fixed. They take automaticaly take money out of your deposit for cleaning. So, lets say you deposit was $500.00, you will not see the full $500.00 again no matter how clean you clean the apartment. They raise the rent everytime you renew your lease. If I was looking for an apartment, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

poorly done maintenance. i moved in and a lot of things were damaged-- screens, doors, windows, bathroom door, stove... etc. the cupboards were painted in a "lazy" way-- painted it and closed it before letting it dry first (which includes the hindges), so they stick together; hard to open. the fridge is terrible!!! cracks and rust!
