I have lived in these apartments for 2 years and will be signing for a 3rd year. This is my very first apartment on my own and I have loved every minute of it. Personally I think I have one of the best apartments. My layout is great, the lighting even better and it fits me perfectly. Throughout the years I have encountered problems, some which were dealt with efficiently, others not so. I have never been a huge fan of the incoming/outgoing staff members. As soon as there is one who knows what they are doing and taking control of situations, somehow they are gone the next day. There is one right now whom I believe is kept because of her looks, not her talents. Improvements need to be made on the property and their excuse is "its not in our budget". Well being at full capacity I just can't believe its not in budget. We have our fair share of ups and downs, but at the same time I don t think there is going to be any one particular apartment, which will be perfect. For the most part I love my apartment, the location of it, and my neighbors. I do get frustrated at certain situations, but have to remind myself I am only a renter in a big complex.

It's obvious that Parkwood's your first apartment. But I've lived in other apartment complexes over the years and can honestly say that Parkwood was the absolute worst. If you're still living there, or have wisely moved to another complex, I feel I must point out to you that you're not 'only a renter'. You have legal rights as a renter and management is bound to obey the laws of apartment management.
