Can't wait to move

My wife and I have never had a mold problem, but most of the reviews I would agree with. The parking situation is not good; we have come home late to find someone has parked in our space several times. Quest spots are sparce, and most residents "dominate" a guest spot for their second car.
Most of the people here are younger and like to hang out on their balconies (after 10:00 pm) and drink while talking loudly. My wife and I have had many sleepless nights because of neighbors being loud outside or playing music that we can hear; we sleep with earplugs every night.
Every 4th of July, people do fireworks in the parking lot next to other peoples cars. The parking does not stay very clean. Laundry room is open 24 hrs, by key, and you do need to use a card that can only be added to in the office during office hours and when someone is there for it to be open. Our rent increased almost $200 in 2 years and we had to start paying for garbage and water on top of that. Trying to get a maintenance person to fix something is near impossible to do without getting frusterated; they usually come when they feel like it (when you aren't home and don't expect anyone).
LAST, BUT NOT LEAST, we have had a car come through our living room, a tree fall on one of our cars, had our car taped and wrapped in plastic when they did painting outside and had maintenance people use our bathroom and wash paint brushes in our "yard" area.

I believe every word you said because I lived there, experienced what you and your wife did, and also saw the damage done by the car that ran into your living room. You were lucky to not have had mold in your apartment. But perhaps you aren't aware that what the office staff referred to as "mildew" WAS MOLD.
