I have lived at Parkwood for over 3 years. And from the nice place it became realy bad one. The noise is a real problem. The neighbors will keep you up till three in the morning and office does not do enything about it. I am moving out because of it. Cars are driving on the property with loud music playing at night. People cursing and skreeming and arguing outside way past midnight. If you like to party all the time then it is a place for you. But if you a nice person who respects yourself you would never want to live here. This place is a big disapointment.

I agree! It been going downhill since the original managers were kicked out by the owners because they wanted to bring their own relatives in as managers. I left about 2 years ago and I do not regret it at all. Loud parties, gate squeaked most of the time, So Called Office Staff were rude and did not care about your living conditions or repairing anything proplerly. Yes,move out as quickly as possible.

If 'management?' lived on site you can bet your boots that they'd insist on a peaceful environment - as is required by law.
It is also required by law that managers live on site in a complex as large as Parkwood. Check out Title 25.
Perhaps the 'California Department of Fair Housing' should be made aware of what's going on.
