River Oaks Apartments

Wonderful place to live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   River Oaks is a cute and quiet little setting. Although Management takes quite a bit of pushing to get any kind of maintenance done, they are always very kind and approachable.
