Stolden Property and Leaks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2003   My experience with this complex has been less then pleasant. The parking is horrendous. My car was towed from a fire zone that was not labeled clearly at all. Not to mention it was towed to the edge of Rancho Cordova which is a thirty minute drive from this location without traffic. The cost for my car to stay there overnight was $150.00. If you do not get towed they post a very sticky note on your window that you will never get off without a razor blade and some Goo Gone. The only parking close to the living quarters is a very long walk. If it is dark there is less that adequate lighting. Not to mention my car was broken into twice, and my laundry was stolen from the dryer! The floor in the upper level bathroom started to leak. We made management aware of the issue three weeks before they came out to check the damage as it was flooding the living room. They did not fix it properly the first time so it began to leak again. When we made management aware of the problem they stated that we should have told them sooner and made it seem to be our fault.The hot water and no water comments in the previous reviews are dead on! Do not move into this complex unless you like paying for a home you never want to come home to!
