Sure it looks nice with all of its green foliage, ivy, inviting color scheme, and fake nice managers, but be wary. All that means is that there are an abundance of spiders and ignorant managers to work with. I lived there for a while. It wasn't until after the sixth months when things began to get ugly.
There were employees in-and-out of the management office. Anytime you wanted to speak to someone, no one was there, and when someone was there, they had no idea what was going on. Even when, after 8 additional months, permanent new employees were hired; they were incompetent, rude and unintelligent to say the least.
You will be given your new home in horrible condition, and be expected to return it in immaculate condition. You are almost guaranteed NOT to get your deposit back.
Your neighbors are guaranteed to be noisy for there has been an increase in questionable reenters. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear just about everything.
The complex across the street is also horrible. The people that live there only come out at night, and do all their partying and conversations in the front of their complex so that their voices and music carry all the way across the busy Marconi Avenue.
People around you will not take care of your stuff. If you have a nice car, plan to park it as far away from the complex as possible.
Take a look at the KCRA 3 "Crime Tracker" and that will give you an idea of how, not safe it is.
Rent here at your own risk, for if you do you will be guaranteed to be frustrated, scared and completely dissatisfied. If you do choose to live there and not follow my true and clear directions, DON T SIGN A LEASE!
