OVERPRICED BUT NOT A BAD AREA I have been here for 14 months and have had no problems. The management staff is great the maintenance staff is great and the security patrol is always around. I walk my dogs around the block, outside the complex, every night after work. Never had a problem.

Not recommended: poor service level of leasing office is reflected in community I am moving out at the end of my lease. Agree that those nice comments are posted by the leasing office staff who also live at El Cordova, and that leasing office people do not 'manage' the property and talk

Just move in today. I just moved into my new apartment today. I was very happy to see how well maintained the interior of my apartment was. The Office staff were all very helpful and made me feel welcome.

Well What can I say? I moved out about 2 months ago and I got my full Secuirty Deposit back! I lived at El Cordova for 3 years until I could have afford my own home. The management staff were always freindly and helpful until the last day I was there.
