Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
The rent is reasonable for Castro Valley. The apartment is a good size for the price. For those of you whining about the size and price, have you looked around' Castro Valley is a nice, safe, expensive place to live for the most part. The manager here tries to keep out the ghetto people, and I appreciate that.
