i lived on this complex for 5 months. If you are looking for a cheap 2 bedroom then, hey you have come to the right place. For the price, it's not bad. But, on the other hand you get what you pay for. The neighborhood is ok, close to the hayward border. Right down the street not so nice part of Hayward. On the other side is a nice part of Castro Valley. The manager is nuts!!! she is too worried about the business of the tenants to repair anything. She runs up and down the complex cursing people out and complaining to the tenants and neighbors about loitering. Yes, she keeps the outsiders out, but you will feel like a prisoner in your own apartment. You can not stand on the porch to smoke or talk, you will be considered loitering. Guests that spend the night for more than 1 night, she will tell you they are not on the lease. If you lose your key to the parking gate, it will take 3 months to get a new one. None of your guests can swim in the pool. That's just some of the crazy things that she does. The whole complex is made of of her relatives.
