I lived here maybe 10yrs ago before I moved back 3yrs ago. I have moved to Luxury Foster City, paying $1500 for a one bedroom. Here I was thinking I would get treated just as i did at Banff, an some. However when I moved in I had to clean my own place, and not only that I had mildew problems with in a month of living there. The complex didn't care to help fix it. I had to move back to BANFF as I know if I have a problem and inform the manager they take care of it. The rent is reasonable and affordable for this economy. I have my own parking and I am able to sleep during the day as the manager keeps noise down, and never do I have to fight for my parking as the manager has her eyes out for her tenets. So I mite not live in Luxury, or live on a the water any more, the fact is I get treated good here and I enjoy my place.
