I have lived at Quail Hill for 8 months and I have had no problems at all. The manager is absolutely great. Compared to the last ---- hole I lived in, this is paradise. I have seen some pretty incompetent apartment management at other places, but everything is run so smoothly here. It's quiet, I feel totally safe, I use the pool and my fireplace often, there is plenty of guest parking, everything in my apartment works, and my bedroom is really big. You can walk to stores and restaurants from here and BART in about 15 min. Not to mention Lake Chabot and a hospital right up the street! This place is awesome.
